Rising actor Rorisang Mohapi has landed a role in e.tv’s most popular show, House of Zwide.

On Friday, November 15, actor Rorisang Mohapi made her debut on House of Zwide as Shoki’s “friend” and influencer Palesa.
Mohapi tells Sunday World that she has joined the e.tv drama to play the wicked role of Palesa.
“I play Palea, the evil. Palesa is an influencer, and her father is extremely wealthy, so she had a nice upbringing,” she explained.
She explains that the situation began when her buddy, Shoki (Shalate Sekhabi), introduced her to a clothes business.
The rising actress, who also portrays a villain in Gqeberha: The Empire, describes both her roles, Lulama and Palesa, as devious and loose.
Palesa flirted with her friend Shoki’s husband, Nkosi (Wanda Zuma), in Friday’s episode.
Lulama, her character in Gqeberha: The Empire, ended the relationship between Thulani (Tembinkosi Ngcukana) and Anathi.
“They constantly generate problems for couples. She gets mischievous, and things turn nasty.”
Mohapi also explains that her current character, Palesa, has similar characteristics to Lulama but lacks the courage to kill.
TVSA certifies that House of Zwide is presently the most watched TV show on e.tv, with over 3.8 million people.
RORISANG MOHAPI’S ROLE IN ‘GQEBERHA: THE EMPIRE’
Rorisang Mohapi, who was born in Gqeberha, played the evil Lulama in Mzansi Magic’s shelved drama Gqeberha: The Empire this year.
In the plot, Lulama had an affair with Anathi’s fiancé Thulani and subsequently murdered her on their wedding day.
Mzansi Magic cancelled the isiXhosa telenovela in September after two seasons.
